How to organize a PDF
- Add your PDFs or JPG/PNG photos. You can combine up to 20 files in one document.
- Use the page previews to reorder with the arrows, rotate sideways pages, or remove pages you do not need.
- Choose Create PDF for all remaining pages, or check specific pages and choose Extract selected pages. Download the result.
Merge documents without uploading them
Combine a proposal, supporting documents, or photos into one PDF. Processing runs in your browser; files and outputs are not uploaded to a conversion server. Download your result before closing or refreshing the page.
Split a PDF by selecting pages
To share only part of a document, deselect all pages, check the pages you need, and extract them. Repeat with a different selection to make another PDF. This version creates one output document at a time.
Formats, limits, and layout
Add ordinary unlocked PDFs, JPGs, or PNGs. Maximum: 20 input files, 100 pages, 50 MB combined input and 50 MB output; images must be under 40 megapixels. Images fit on portrait or landscape A4 pages with margins. Existing PDF page sizes are kept. These limits do not guarantee that every file will process on every device.
If a file will not open
Password-protected, damaged, and interactive-form PDFs are not supported. Try a plain unlocked copy or fewer pages. A desktop browser may handle larger documents better. Bookmarks and document-level features may not carry over; review the result before sharing.
Before you start
Does merging several PDFs require Pro?
No. Multiple inputs are part of merging one document. This preview supports up to 20 files within the limits above. PDF-specific paid allowances have not been introduced.
Does Unpin change my original files?
No. It creates a separate PDF. Rotation and removal affect your new document, not the originals on your device.
Can I compress a PDF or convert it to Word?
Not in this version. These tools arrange pages and create PDFs from photos. They do not edit existing text or guarantee a smaller file.
Are forms and signatures preserved?
This tool is intended for ordinary pages. Interactive forms and signed PDFs are not supported. Use the original document when signature validity or interactive fields matter.
