How file privacy works.

Your files

Files selected for conversion, compression, image background removal and speech cleanup are processed in your browser. The current app does not upload them to a conversion server or save them to an account. Outputs use temporary browser URLs, not public download pages. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them. Refreshing or closing the page clears the active workspace.

Website requests

Your browser requests the site and processing software from our host. Google Fonts receives requests to load the fonts. Hosting services receive ordinary request information such as IP addresses. Local file processing does not mean there are no network requests. We have not configured advertising trackers or an analytics provider in this version.

Accounts and link downloads

Sign-in is open. Pro checkout is in test mode with no real charges yet. Instagram and TikTok link downloads work differently from uploaded files: the link you paste is sent to our server, which asks our provider Apify to fetch the public video and passes the file to your browser. We keep a record of your account and the time of each request to enforce limits, not the link or the video. Choosing audio or a clip is then done on your device. YouTube downloading is not offered.

Before sharing

Review your output and keep your original. Format conversion is not a certified method for removing every kind of identifying metadata. This page describes the current implementation, not a promise about future account or server retention policies.
