Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Unpin at unpin.ai and its file tools, accounts, subscriptions, and link-download features (the “Service”). The Service is operated by NeuDesk Inc., a Delaware corporation, United States (“NeuDesk,” “Unpin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Unpin
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Unpin for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your account, your device, and activity under your account.
2. The Service
Unpin provides tools for compressing, converting, resizing, cleaning, extracting, arranging, and downloading supported files. Most files selected from your device are processed in your browser. Link downloads work differently: the link is sent to our server and our provider, Apify, to retrieve a public video and pass it to your browser. See our Privacy notice for details.
Formats, output quality, compatibility, availability, file-size limits, duration limits, batch limits, and request allowances may vary by tool and may change. Review every output before relying on, publishing, or deleting an original. Keep your originals.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in content you process. You grant us only the limited permission needed to provide the Service you request. You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload, process, transform, or download content.
Do not use Unpin to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, or other rights; bypass access controls or technical protections; obtain private, restricted, age-restricted, or unlawfully posted content; violate a platform’s terms; distribute malware; break the law; or harm the Service or others. Unpin does not grant you rights to content available on Instagram, TikTok, or any other service. The ability to retrieve a public file does not mean you have permission to use it.
We may refuse, limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, providers, the Service, or legal compliance.
4. Rights complaints
If you believe content or activity involving Unpin infringes your rights, email support@unpin.ai. Include your contact information, identification of the work or right involved, the relevant link or activity, why you believe it is unauthorized, and any supporting information. We may request more information and may restrict access while reviewing a complaint. This address is our support and rights-complaint contact; we do not represent it as a registered copyright agent.
5. Accounts
You may sign in using an email code. Provide accurate information, protect access to your email account, and notify us at support@unpin.ai if you believe your account is being misused. Some tools require an account. You may sign out or request account deletion through your account controls, subject to required record retention and active subscription obligations.
6. Free use and limits
Free tools and link downloads may have file, duration, task, hourly, daily, account, or service-wide limits. Requests may be refused when a limit or provider budget is reached. Attempts to evade limits, including by creating multiple accounts or automating requests, are prohibited. Free features may be changed, limited, or discontinued.
7. Unpin Pro subscriptions
When subscriptions are offered, the selected price, currency, and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Unpin Pro renews automatically at the displayed frequency until you cancel renewal. You can cancel renewal anytime through Account → Manage subscription & receipts. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time. You can cancel renewal anytime through your account, and access continues until the end of your paid billing period. For billing errors or refund rights that apply to you, contact support@unpin.ai.
Taxes may be calculated and displayed during checkout. If we change a subscription price, we will give notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law before the change applies. Payment processing and billing management are provided by Stripe. Test-mode checkout does not charge real money and is limited to approved testers.
8. Consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides consumer guarantees, cooling-off periods, withdrawal rights, refund rights, cancellation rights, or other protections that cannot lawfully be waived. If the law where you live gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply. Contact support@unpin.ai to exercise a right that is not available through the account controls.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on providers including hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, and public-video retrieval services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply to your use of their services. Instagram and TikTok are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Unpin.
10. Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may change reasonable limits to protect reliability, safety, legal compliance, and provider costs. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We are not responsible for failures caused by unsupported files, device limitations, third-party services, internet connections, or events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that any output will satisfy a platform, legal, archival, accessibility, or professional requirement. These disclaimers do not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuDesk Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or opportunity; or the cost of substitute services arising from the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service for an organization or commercial purpose, you will defend and indemnify NeuDesk Inc. against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of another person’s rights or these Terms. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or remedies available under the law where you live, and it does not require a consumer to bring a claim in Delaware where applicable law provides otherwise.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated date and provide any notice or request any consent required by law. Changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use the Service after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms, except where the law requires another form of consent.
